Abstract Guidelines | IAOHNS 2022

The last date of abstract submission is till 15^th Oct 2022.
All Participants should register for IAOHNS 2022, Nagpur.
Abstracts will be considered only after conference registration. Please mention your Registration number.
Abstracts received after the last date (15^th October, 2022) will not be accepted.
PG students need to provide “Bonafide Certificate” with the abstracts. (Download the Bonafide Certificate, fill it, scan and send it with abstract)
All the abstracts need to be sent by email on iaohns2022@gmail.com
All Scientific presentations competing for the Medals should contain only the presenters name on the first slide with no mention of the institution, place, and name of co-authors or HOD anywhere in the presentation. Any Violation will result in the rejection of the paper. (This is not applicable for non-competitive general presentations).
Please follow the instructions given below for the session the delegate is interested in taking part in.
Various aspects like quality, content, relevance, timing and way of presentation will be considered during assessment. The judge can disqualify a presentation if the presenter does not adhere to the rules and timing.
The judge’s decision will be final and binding.
The scientific committee has the sole discretion to review, decide and accept or reject the abstract for the presentation.

Template for E-poster will be available for download on IOHNS website after the last date of abstract submission.
The E-posters are to be submitted on the first day of the conference i.e. 25^th Nov 2022 in the Poster Arena.
